petitioner and the learned counsel for the sole
respondent.
2. Prayer  clause  (a)  of  the  petition  reads
thus:­
"a)  The Hon. Court be pleased to direct
the   Administrative   Side   of   the

Hon'ble Bombay High Court to decide the
Petitioner's   representation   against   the
adverse remarks  for  the year 2007­2008
with   promptitude   and   as   far   as
specifically   within   the   period   of   three
months from the date of order."
3. Counsel  for  the  respondent  states  that
the   representation   of   the   petitioner   has
already been decided and the outcome thereof
has also been communicated to the petitioner
vide communication dated 10.7.2012. 
4.      On the back­drop of the above referred
facts,   nothing   survives   in   the   present   Writ
Petition   and   the   same   is   disposed   of
accordingly.
