"Homosexuality Is an Offence"- Supreme Court Of India

The special date 11-12-13 was waiting a historic reform in India. But did it happen? May be yes, may be no!
Today Supreme Court Of India pronounced its verdict about "Homosexuality" in India. 
The court has ruled that gay sex is a criminal offense. The Court today said  that statute - Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code - which outlaws sex "against the order of nature" is constitutionally valid. Conviction carries a fine and a maximum 10-year jail sentence.


This verdict has raised much of anger and sadness among the homosexual groups in India on the other side some groups opposing them are happy with decision. 

The court has left the making of law on the parliament saying- 

"It is up to Parliament to legislate"

The verdict has ragged anger and it can be seen on Twitter as well.
