Whether will can be held to be unnatural on ground that some of legal heirs are excluded?

The mere fact that some heirs are excluded is not per se evidence of a Will being unnatural; every Will disrupts the ordinary line of succession, and this is obvious.55 Were it otherwise, there would be no need for Wills.
