MYSURU: An NRI residing in Mauritius recently tweeted, asking Mysuru police to help him file a case about a canteen card, which he had lost during a recent visit to the city. Another youth had posted a message on the Facebook wall of Mysore city police, seeking guidance on filing a complaint about his lost cellphone.
Now, residents of the city and visitors who lose their valuables, including cellphones, credit/ debit cards, driving licences and identity cards or documents like marks cards in Mysuru, need not worry about filing complaints. For, they can just log in to www.mysorecitypolice.gov.in and file a complaint online and get an acknowledgement quickly. Aggrieved people can file complaints from any part of the world.
