A perusal of Section 48(2) of the Act shows that the determination of the compensation under the said Section is under two heads, namely, (i) the damage suffered by the owner in consequence of the notice or any proceedings thereunder and (ii) the costs "reasonably incurred", by him in the prosecution of the proceedings under the Act, relating to the said land.
