6. Enforce Corporate Accountability: Implement human rights due diligence by companies; strengthen labour laws on pay equity, anti-discrimination, and worker rights; ratify ILO Conventions 87 and 98.
These recommendations align with India's obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and India's constitutional provisions.
