1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. We are not satisfied that any error has been committed by the

High Court in refusing anticipatory bail to the petitioner in NDPS

Case.

3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

4. The petitioner may surrender before the Trial Court and may

apply for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merits

and in accordance with law, expeditiously.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
