In view of the ratio in SATYADHYAN GHOSAL case (AIR 1960 SC 941), ARJUN SINGH case (AIR 1964 SC 993) and THE UNITED PROVINCES ELECTRIC SUPPLY CO. LTD. case (..supra) successive applications for the same relief cannot be permitted, and they can even be rejected as an abuse of the process of Court.
