Q 1:-  Which is article of constitution under which  judgement of High court binding?

Ans:- Judgments of a High Court are binding on all subordinate courts and tribunals within its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution, which grants the High Court power of superintendence. While Article 141 makes Supreme Court rulings binding nationwide, High Court decisions are binding precedents within their respective states.

What is meant by court of record?

A court of record is a court whose acts and proceedings are enrolled for perpetual memory and testimony. These records are used with a high authority and their truth cannot be questioned. In Indian constitution article 129 make the Supreme Court the 'court of record”. Article 129 says: The Supreme Court shall be a court of record and shall have all the powers of such a court including the power to punish for contempt of itself.Article 215 of Constitution of India declares High court to be court of Record.
